Yes. Every wheel comes with written instructions, and we also provide three step-by-step assembly videos to guide you through the process.
No. Thanks to its carefully engineered design, the wheel has proven to be exceptionally stable in normal use.
Most cats begin using the wheel with little or no encouragement, often within a few days. If your cat needs a little motivation, a laser pointer, favourite toy, or treats can help. We also include training tips with every wheel.

We normally have wheels in stock. If your preferred model or colour is temporarily unavailable, we can reserve one for you from our next shipment for a deposit.
If the item is in stock we can normally dispatch within two days. Delivery for wheels is normally next day with DPD but in some cases can take longer. Delivery for replacement pads is normally two to three days with Royal Mail 48 hours service.
Yes, you can collect from our Peterborough location.

No. Unlike MDF or wooden wheels, our wheels are made from durable ABS plastic, which is resistant to moisture and will not warp.
Yes. Replacement traction pads are available if ever required. However, they are 5 mm thick and are designed to last for many years under normal use. We keep replacement stock in the UK.
The wheel is not completely silent, as it runs on skate wheels. However, the latest G5 and G6 models operate very quietly, and customer feedback on noise levels has been extremely positive.
Yes small dogs and other animals can use the wheels.
Yes. The wider running track allows multiple cats to use the wheel together. Many owners find that two cats happily share the wheel, and we’ve even seen three cats enjoying it at the same time.
Yes, international shipping may be available to selected countries at an additional cost. We also have distributors in several countries, so if you’re located outside the UK, please contact us to discuss the best option. We can also post to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. There is an additional cost to the Channel Islands.
